Games:

Blackjack

Considered the quintessential Las Vegas casino game, Blackjack calls for all players to play against the dealer. Each player is dealt two cards. The dealer also gets two cards, one face up and one face down. The object is for the point value of your hand to beat that of the dealer’s without exceeding 21. If you go over 21, or “bust,” you lose. Each card takes it numerical value except face cards, which each count as 10. The Ace counts either as 1 or 11; it’s your choice.
Craps

While many view Craps as complicated, once you learn the basic “Pass” and “Don’t Pass” bets, you can play comfortably and confidently. Please do not hesitate to ask your dealer to explain the different bets.

Play begins after all bets have been made and the dice are handed to one player chosen as “the shooter.” The shooter continues until rolling a losing combination.
Baccarat

Baccarat (bah’-ca-rah) is one of the easiest games to learn, and offers some of the best odds in the casino. The game is played with eight decks shuffled together. The “player” and the “banker” each receive two cards, and the object is to achieve the point total closest to 9. You can either bet that the point total of the player’s hand will win, that the banker’s hand will win, or that their hands will tie.

Pai Gow Tiles

Pai Gow is played with tiles, similar to dominos. The object is to make two hands of two tiles each, with each totaling as close as possible to 9 points. However, a pair of matching tiles ranks higher than an unmatched pair totaling 9 or less.

Each player receives four tiles, and assembles them into a “high” hand and a “low” hand. To win, a player’s high hand must beat the banker’s high hand, and the player’s low hand must beat the banker’s low hand. If the player and banker each win one hand, it’s a push. If the player and the banker tie on one hand, the hand with the higher-ranking tile wins.
