Cashing out your Poker Points - Players can redeem (cash in) their Poker Points for straight cash. To do this you must have a minimum balance of 10,000 Poker Points. Go to the cashier and choose the “Cash in Poker Points” option in the My Account section. 10,000 Poker Points in the minimum amount that a player can redeem for cash.
Please note 1,000 points to $10 is the conversation rate for redeeming Bonus Dollars only. For example, a player who is issued a $20 bonus for a promotional offer would need to earn 2,000 points in order to turn that bonus in to real money. If you have NO pending bonuses, Poker Points will be applied to help you increase your VIP level.
When you redeem a bonus from your Pending Bonus Dollar account – (per 1,000 Poker points that you earn) the Poker Points are NOT removed from your account and they still count towards a VIP level increase. Poker Points are only removed from your account when you cash in Poker Points (min. 10,000 Poker Points).
